In our 7th season, we produced 7,000 pounds of fresh food for the School Cafeteria, CSA program, Farm Stand, and Donation programs, hosted nearly all DGS grade levels/classes multiple times in the spring and fall, hosted over 200 volunteers, and all in all reached over 1,500 families! We appreciate the support of the Denver Green School community and look forward to seeing everyone again outside starting in April (Community Day will be our first volunteer day!). Until then, we'll be working with the PTA/PASS on forming a Wellness Committee to support food/nutrition initiatives of the farm and garden--stay tuned!
